Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all children at The Life Skills Programme. In order to ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly request that you and your child adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Respect Others: Treat fellow students, staff, and volunteers with kindness, empathy, and respect. Bullying, harassment, or any form of aggression will not be tolerated.
2. Listen and Follow Instructions: Pay attention to The Life Skills Programme staff and follow their instructions promptly. This helps maintain a structured and organised learning experience.
3. Safety First: Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others. Report any hazards or concerns to a staff member immediately.
4. Be Inclusive: Embrace diversity and inclusivity. Treat others fairly, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or ability.
5. Use Language Appropriately: Speak respectfully and avoid using profanity, offensive language, or derogatory remarks.
6. Respect Personal Boundaries: Respect personal space and boundaries. Keep hands to oneself and avoid any unwelcome physical contact.
7. Care for Property: Treat the Life Skills Programme facilities, equipment, and belongings with care. Any intentional damage or theft will result in appropriate consequences.
8. Stay Engaged: Participate actively in The Life Skills Programme, activities and contribute positively to the class and lessons.
9. Leave Electronic Devices at Home: Disconnect from personal electronic devices during the programme’s activities, as they can be distracting and hinder participation.
10. Have Fun and Cooperate: Embrace the spirit of teamwork, cooperation, and good sportsmanship. Encourage and support fellow learners.

By signing (via ticking the box), I acknowledge that I have read and understand The Life Skills Programmes’ Code of Conduct. I agree to ensure that my child abides by these rules and will support the “The Life Skills Programme” in enforcing them.
